What i want to know? #2

How to concentrate? Sometimes I think I am good at juggling between things and am proud of the ability to do many things at the same time, but I have to admit, if I would concentrate I would finish the tasks quicker and the quality would be better, so how?

There are many pointers and tips what to do. But the best for me what i found was FIVE MORE RULE .

Work FIVE MORE minutes. Read FIVE MORE pages … just FIVE MORE before i want to give up.

Mental stamina can be built, just like physical stamina (take an example of athletes who always push themselves into new heights, new weights, new distances even if they are tired).

Another suggestions, which I will try – i will make a deal with my mind it can’t refuse. Yes, the mind takes bribes. I will assign start and finish time and bribe myself with something if I have finished what is in my plans, in my daily plan ;)

And I have to touch also the oh-so-much touched upon suggestions how to be more productive by concentrating:

1. Relax

2. Free the mind

3. Find the right conditions

4. Make a daily schedule

I know it is so obvious what should be done when one wants to be concentrated, but easier said than done … Yes.

What i want to know? #1

Ok here it goes.

How many times a person blinks?

Infants, for example, blink once every minute or so, but adults blink an average of 10 to 15 times a minute. Someone feeling anxious or telling a lie blinks more often, and a person deep in concentration blinks less often.
